Returns & Refund Policy – The Nirvana Ethereal Co. 

At The Nirvana Ethereal Co., we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Damage claim:

If you claim a damage during the delivery process, please send us an email with the details within 24 hours at in**@ni********.com for assistance regarding a replacement or store credit. 

If your shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please do not accept it and notify us. For notification, please ensure you record an unboxing video and reach out to our support team within 24 hours.

Please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product that you would like to claim for store credit or replacement or refund at in**@ni********.com with the following details:

  • Invoice number
  • Product details
  • Details of your request or complaint
  • Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request
  • In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton and outer packaging images too. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
  • In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less, or product is missing in the package, or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images too.
  • Mono carton refers to the Nirvana product’s box/packaging the individual product comes in, while outer packaging refers to the larger box the entire order is shipped in. Images of both are required to process claims.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your claim request to be fully processed and closed.

All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

  • Address of dispatch
  • Name & Address of the customer
  • Order number
  • Contents of the package

Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 48 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details.

The Nirvana Ethereal Co. is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Return Policy:

Returns are not eligible for refunds. Instead, store credit will be provided for returned, unused, sealed, and undamaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Please notify us via email at in**@ni********.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note, a deduction of shipping charge will be applied for the reverse pickup.

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund here.

Damages resulting from improper application are not covered under the Returns Policy.

Exchanges or returns are not applicable for allergies/skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or colour variations due to organic ingredients’ natural variations. We strongly advise checking the ingredient list for known allergies and conducting a patch test before use to identify any unknown allergies.

No cash refunds are permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on in**@ni********.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
In rare cases where an order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, a store credit for the full amount will be issued.

Orders cannot be modified once placed, only cancellations are allowed. A new order must be placed for any alterations. Cancellation requests will be processed solely via email. Kindly email us at in**@ni********.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation of a Prepaid International order incurs a 5% exchange fee on the total order value, with the balance refunded as store credit to the original account. Kindly email in**@ni********.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
