 The Nirvana Ethereal Co. accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Online Payment Gateways: PayPal, Stripe, and other authorized third-party providers.
  • UPI/Bank Transfers: Available for Indian customers (details will be provided during checkout).

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash-on-delivery or instalment payment options unless specified for promotions or agreements.

If a ‘COD’ order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, shipping charge will be applicable for reverse ship. 

If a customer refuses the delivery of a ‘COD’ order more than twice, he/she would not be eligible for ‘COD’ for all future orders. Then, he/she can only choose to place a prepaid order on the website.

If a ‘COD’ order is to be cancelled, please inform our customer service team by sending an email at in**@ni********.com with the order number on the same date that you placed the order.

COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It can only be refunded via the brand online voucher.

All prices listed on our website are in INR. If you are purchasing from outside the base currency region, your card issuer or bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.
